Sounds like you made it thru that storm ok Arron. I hope others on here did as well, but it looks as if a lot didn't. Man that storm did some damage. The keys really took a hit. I haven't heard from my cousins near Tampa yet. waiting to see how they made out.

We had 5 boats with ripped Bimini tops, not bad with close to 400 boats in our building. Our wetslips marina did well to, no boats sunk or got damaged. Im getting reports from other marinas with several sunk boats. That got stuck under the dock with the -4ft low tide and +3.5ft high tide

Were going on 72 hrs without power

Still without power here too. Just read they have restored power to over 300 customers so far in Pinellas county. Along with Aaron and I there still are 186k without power here. Not only that there are still many people and business without cable, internet and phone service. Still seeing some gas stations closed. I suspect this is more due to lack of power than gas. Having a diesel did help some though. Things are slowly returning to normal. The good news is the o-rings for my 170's motor arrived today.

Bruce good to here you and your family get thru that ok. No power is a bummer. I hope they get it going soon. The news said they got power going in some of the keys. Man did they get hit hard. Just saw some new pictures from down there. It brakes your hart to see the damage. It's going to be hard for some people around Florida to recover. And what is really sad, some may never.

Our power came back on around 6:30 today.. just one hour short of 144 hours (6 days) without power. Our power was restored by a large crew from Texas. Coming home to a hot house after working long hot days setting things back up after the storm started to take its toll on me. My dog Séamus wasn't himself either.
