Hello I just got my first boat and shes a of a project I think. 1980 20' Aquasport 200 according to the Hull and HIN. She currently has a Suzuki 150 that needs some tuning and a new prop. I know I have a lot of work ahead of me but she will be a lot of fun when shes done and back in the water. Any guidance or pointers are greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard!

Nice 200XF you have there! My first Aquasport was a 1981 200XF with a Mercury 200 2.5L on it. Good boat with lots of deck space for the size boat. Wheres your home port?

We are currently dry docked in Midway GA, so closest launch to me I believe is in Richmond Hill or Savannah GA. Im looking forward to getting her sea worthy and on the water as soon so I can learn the ropes.

Welcome to the club! Looks like you got a nice boat there. It may just need some cosmetics to get her back in shape. I have the 1969 19 foot Osprey shown on this post. Its been a lot of fun getting it back into shape. Yours should run great with that 150.
